How do I earn Qantas Points on my transaction?
To earn Qantas Points on transactions online, you must add your Qantas Frequent Flyer number and Qantas Frequent Flyer surname during checkout.
How long until I get my Qantas Points if I choose to earn Qantas Points on my transaction?
Points will be credited to your Frequent Flyer account within 7 days of purchase and collecting your item/s.
How many Qantas Points will I earn on my transaction?
Qantas Frequent Flyer members will earn 1 Qantas Point per $1 spent on eligible products (as set out in the Terms and Conditions) at Lotte Duty Free.
Can I still earn Qantas Points on items I order online before my flight and pick up at the Airport?
Yes, you can earn Qantas Points on eligible products up to 60 days before your departure. Simply place your order online along with your flight details. Then collect your items prior to your flight at the available locations. The Qantas Points will be awarded within 7 days of collecting your item/s.
Who do I contact for assistance with my Qantas Points queries in relation to my transaction?
If you have a query, please email your enquiry to enquiries@lottedutyfree.com.au or call 1300 388 937. The call centre’s operating hours are 6am-2pm Monday - Friday AEST/AEDT. Customers will need to provide their receipt number and the location in which the purchase was made for Qantas Points enquiries.

Qantas Frequent Flyer terms and conditions
*To earn Qantas Points, you must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member. Members will earn 1 point per $1 spent on eligible products online at Laneway Duty Free. To earn online a member must add their Qantas Frequent Flyer number and surname during checkout. Members can earn points on all eligible products. An eligible product is any product sold by Lotte Duty Free excluding products sold by JB Hi-Fi Concession stores, gift cards, VUSH products, tobacco and e-cigarette products. If you are unable to present your Qantas Frequent Flyer card at the time of the transaction, you will be unable to earn Qantas Points. Points will be credited to your account within 7 days of purchase and collecting your items. Membership, earning and using of Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer Terms and Conditions.
Are there any exceptions online, that I cannot earn points on?
You can not earn Qantas Points on tobacco-related products, e-cigarettes, gift cards & VUSH products.
