How do I earn Qantas Points on my transaction?

To earn Qantas Points on transactions online, you must add your Qantas Frequent Flyer number and Qantas Frequent Flyer surname during checkout.  

How long until I get my Qantas Points if I choose to earn Qantas Points on my transaction?

Points will be credited to your Frequent Flyer account within 7 days of purchase and collecting your item/s.

How many Qantas Points will I earn on my transaction?
  • Online Limited Time Offer: Earn double Qantas Points (2 Qantas Points per $1 spent**) on every eligible purchase (usually 1 point per $1). Offer ends on 31 July 2025.

 

Limited time offer: **To earn Qantas Points, you must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member. Members will earn 2 points per $1 spent (usually 1 point per $1 spent) on eligible products sold by Lotte Duty Free online between 12:01am (AEST) 4 June to 11:59pm (AEST) 31 July 2025. This promotion is not available for in-store purchases. To earn online a member must add their Qantas Frequent Flyer number and surname during checkout. Can I still earn Qantas Points on items I order online before my flight and pick up at the Airport?

Yes, you can earn Qantas Points on eligible products up to 60 days before your departure. Simply place your order online along with your flight details. Then collect your items prior to your flight at the available locations. The Qantas Points will be awarded within 7 days of collecting your item/s.

Who do I contact for assistance with my Qantas Points queries in relation to my transaction?

If you have a query, please email your enquiry to enquiries@lottedutyfree.com.au or call 1300 388 937. The call centre’s operating hours are 6am-2pm Monday - Friday AEST/AEDT. Customers will need to provide their receipt number and the location in which the purchase was made for Qantas Points enquiries.
