Renowned as a pioneer of Australia’s unique wine style, Seppelt has more experience making sparkling Shiraz than any producer in the world. This long-held tradition of Sparkling wine artisanship began in the 1890s at Seppelt under the leadership of Hans Irvine, who produced our first Sparkling Burgundy (as it was known then) in 1893. A wine of glorious complexity and timelessness, sparkling Shiraz offers a rich and sumptuous style; exploding on the palate, with generous plum and savoury spice flavours, and indulgent chocolate and earthy characters.
